Functional Composite

Combine the advantageous of different metals into multi-functional composites. By different metals refers to those with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, thermal conductivity, magnetic conductivity and electromagnetic shielding.For example, molybdenum-titanium composite plates are used for spacecraft covering, copper-steel composite plates are used for copper hotpot and induction cooker.

Performance Enhancement

Through the composite formation of new metal materials, can improve the original metal material performance deficiencies and shortcomings. For examples, high-strength structural steel and stainless-steel composite plates can enhance the structural strength of stainless steel, while ferritic stainless steel composite plate could improve the hot and cold embrittlement issue defects of ferritic stainless steel.

Cold rolled composite process can be partially replaced by "coating" process in the production of cladding plates.This process is more ECO- Friendly and capable of improving the cladding metal density,thickness and the overall quality of the cladding. Example 1, cold rolled aluminum cladding can replace the aluminum plate. Example 2, cold rolled copper cladding can replace the copper plate.

Cost Reduction

By partially replace expensive metal into economical one, while sustaining or enhancing the performance in surface, mechanical, welding and molding, clients may save costly/rare metals and general costs. Example 1, by replacing stainless steel - steel composite plate with pure stainless steel composite plate to saving nickel-chromium.Example 2, by replacing copper-aluminum composite plate with pure copper plate to saving copper.
